Shipping policy
Shipping Process
We average 2–5 business days to process your order and transfer it to our carrier's sorting center. Some items may take longer, especially during major holidays
(up to 10 days) or if your order includes highly requested products with limited availability.
Once your order enters the shipping process, changes (including address changes) are no longer possible. We only ship to the address provided at checkout.
We ship only on weekdays; we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email.
For orders containing multiple items, the products may be shipped separately and delivered on different dates, depending on the location of our manufacturing partners.
Tracking
All orders are processed with a tracking number. You will receive an email with your tracking code when your order is transferred to the carrier's sorting center.
For some carriers, tracking information may take several days to update.
If it has been more than 5 business days since your purchase and tracking is still not available, please contact us.
Delivery
Delivery times vary by country or region. We do not provide guaranteed delivery times.
These are our approximate estimates:
United States: 7–10 business days
Canada, Europe: 7–10 business days
Australia, New Zealand: 7–10 business days
Mexico, Central America, South America: 7–10 business days

While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, Veiloa London is not responsible for delays due to external circumstances such as postal or customs procedures, holidays, weather conditions, strikes, protests, or other events beyond our control.
Duties, Taxes, and Customs Charges
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs charges, which are applied when the shipment arrives in the recipient's country.
These costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Veiloa London has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If a shipment is refused and returned to sender, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs.
Customs policies vary from country to country. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
Veiloa London is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your tracking indicates that your package has been delivered to your address but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim.
Note: We use tracking information and the carrier's delivery confirmation to evaluate claims for damage or non-delivery. We cannot guarantee that a claim will be accepted if it is not correctly reported.
Incorrect Address Responsibility
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the address entered is correct before shipping the order.
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately, so we cannot change the address after it has been shipped.
If your package has already been processed by the shipping department, we will not be able to retrieve it or change its destination.
